How does Home Neurofeedback work?

Brain waves (EEG) are electrical patterns that can give information about our mental state (fast, medium, slow).  The headband is like a microphone, it only listens, it does not use electricity or magnetism to stimulate the brain.  The headband measures brainwaves and video and/or audio feedback from the app helps us achieve and maintain a relaxed, calm, clear and focused mental state.
